Yoga with Adrienne

Adrienne Totino is the most  amazing  person and gifted yoga instructors I have ever known and  personally experienced. Her classes are transforming and anyone from beginner to advanced would find themselves feeling very comfortable at any level.  The fundraiser is for a very important cause and would be a gift that you will also  experience for yourself.  Gail Hunter

Dear Friends and Yogis,

Below is my spring schedule of yoga classes in Shadyside and Mt. Lebanon, including group classes, one kids’ class, one workshop, and one fundraiser. The group classes are special because they are taught in a cumulative fashion for optimal learning. There is an overall theme for each session, and a specific theme for each class. Philosophy is blended with physicality. Please feel free to forward to interested friends and family members. I hope to see you in class.   You can visit my website for additional information. https://yogawithadrienne.wordpress.com

Best Wishes,
Adrienne
