We have four bodies, our mental, emotional, physical and spiritual bodies. When one body or another is depleted, we can pour healing into it. Unfortunately, trauma impacts all four bodies in different ways and often has serious detrimental effects on our lives and our relationship with our authentic selves. This program will explain the ways we can heal, provide tools, techniques and a deeper understanding of our need to reconnect and come into balance. This program will end in a meditation and group energy sharing.
The Medicine Wheel is an ancient symbol from Indigenous cultures representing the interconnectedness of all life. It serves as a spiritual map for health and balance, reminding us that we are made of distinct parts: mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual. Rather than seeing these as separate, the Medicine Wheel teaches us that they are a unified circle. When trauma or stress impacts one area, the entire circle is pulled out of alignment. By returning to the teachings of the Wheel, we can identify where we are depleted and learn how to bring our whole selves back into harmony.
