This workshop invites you to step beyond diet trends and quick fixes into a deeper understanding of how food can truly transform your life. Together, we will explore what true health and healing mean—not just the absence of illness, but a state of vitality where body, mind, and soul are aligned.

You’ll learn about the five key factors that impact health and discover how conscious choices around nutrition can become a powerful tool for healing. More than simply fueling the body, nutrition has the ability to shift energy, elevate mood, and support spiritual growth. Through this exploration, you’ll gain insight into how food can be a pathway to balance, resilience, and wholeness, empowering you to make choices that nurture every dimension of your being.

Meet Dr. Theresa Astrea

Dr. Theresa Astrea has dedicated her work since 2001 to empowering others through education, holistic healing, and the belief that true wellness begins within. She guides individuals in understanding their bodies, exploring natural methods of healing, and cultivating the ability to restore balance and vitality for themselves. Her mission is to help others create lives that prioritize wellness, celebrate individuality, and nurture every aspect of health.

Dr. Astrea earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown in 1997, followed by her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Sherman College of Chiropractic in 2001. In 2016, she completed a Master of Science in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine at the University of Western States, and in 2023, she became a member of the Institute of Functional Medicine. With a strong foundation in science and a deep passion for integrative care, she is committed to helping others unlock their innate potential for healing and live in alignment with their highest well-being.
