We all dream, even if we do not remember our dreams. We are always dreaming, even when we are awake. In many languages around the world, the word "dream" means both to dream during the night and also to design your life's projects and bring them to life!

Would you like to expand your understanding of what happens during sleep in order to create your daily life in a completely different way? Are you passionate about the dream dimension, but don’t know how to guide yourself through it?

Join us for this unique workshop from the School of Dreams by Damanhurian researcher Formica Coriandolo, and discover more about this ancient way of designing your life.

In Damanhur, the ability to dream has been cultivated and studied by collecting information and practices transmitted over millennia from peoples around the world. From this research, a “School of Dreams” was created over the last 40 years. In this School we explore ancient and modern knowledge about the power of dreams in order to transform your life. This weekend seminar now offered was developed to provide an introduction to a completely new approach  to life and the realization of your dreams. If you believe that sleep is much more than just rest, this workshop can offer a confirmation and guide you to a new understanding of life.

In this class you will come into contact with knowledge about the nature of not only dreams but also reality in order to begin to direct your energy towards the dream journey. Awakening the awareness that we are dreaming, while we sleep, is the first step towards lucid dreaming.

Formica Coriandolo
Since childhood, Formica has been a passionate researcher in the field of dreams. She now shares her vast body of knowledge, much of which is uniquely informed by her dream work within Damanhur, leading seminars around the world on how to develop lucid dreaming and the power of intuition.

A native of Florence, Formica has been an artist all of her life. She moved to Damanhur at the age of 21, where she engaged in sculpture and painting for the Temples of Humankind, Damanhur’s internationally celebrated underground work of art. In 1984, as the construction expanded, she learned Tiffany style art glass from a Florentine master artisan and initiated the creation of the now internationally acclaimed stained glass works of the Temples.

From 1999 to 2006, Formica was one of the elected Guides of Damanhur, with responsibility for coordinating the activities and development of the entire Federation. Since then, she has been responsible for coordination of outside researchers, sociologists and filmmakers, all interested in understanding and portraying the unique social and spiritual experiment of Damanhur.

Formica today works as an Ambassador of Damanhur in the World and is a Gaia Education certified Ecovillage Design Education coordinator. Together as part of a group of Damanhurian women, Formica explores the mythology of Damanhur through music and voice, composing songs and ballads.

A great lover of Nature, she lives in a tree house built around the trunk and branches of a beautiful oak; she is surrounded by the music the tree itself produces through the innovative “Music of the Plants” device developed in another unique line of research within Damanhur over the past forty years.

About Damanhur
Damanhur is a living laboratory for the future of humankind. It is a Federation of Spiritual Communities, with its own Constitution, culture, art, music, currency, schools and use of science and technology. The Community was founded in 1975 from the inspiration of Falco Tarassaco (1950-2013). His enlightened and pragmatic vision created a fertile reality based on solidarity, sharing, love and respect for the environment. Damanhur is perhaps best known for its extraordinary subterranean work of art and architecture, a cathedral known as the Temples of Humankind. The Temples have been profiled on international television as the "Eighth Wonder of The World." This complex was entirely dug by hand into the heart of the mountain. Decorated with mosaics, stained glass, sculptures, wall paintings and other works of art, it is dedicated to the awakening of the divine spark present within every human being.
