Giving Tuesday December 1st

Please join me in supporting a cause near and dear to my heart. This #GivingTuesday I’m raising money for OMA Center for Mind Body & Spirit and your contribution will make an impact, whether you donate small or large. Every little bit helps. And on #GivingTuesday December 1st, Facebook will match $7 million in qualifying donations! So donate early Tuesday morning if you can, and thank you in advance for your support. ~Gail Hunter

Below are some ways OMA has been contributing to the community.

OMA continued its Youth Program Art in the Garden virtually throughout this past summer and fall. Our educational Lecture Series will resume virtually in January 2021. OMA also initiated two new virtual programs: You are Not Alone, A Community Conversation Acknowledging Trauma and Pathways of Healing was held on 11/12/2020 and will continue monthly; and a program by Anita Russell, Cultivating Change from Within–A Transformational Journey Towards Anti-Racism, which is currently active and hopefully will be repeated in 2021.

Our Mission: Through experiential education and clinical resources, OMA provides all individuals opportunities to explore and honor one’s journey in healing and wellness of mind, body and spirit. OMA’S Core Values are 1. Unity: We strive to collaborate, trust, and respect all persons, 2. Compassion: We strive to come from a place of compassion to promote holistic healing in service to all persons, 3. Synchronicity: We strive to be open to meaningful connections and explore one’s path to potential growth and healing, 4. Inclusion: We strive to embrace our differences, respecting each other and intentionally welcoming diversity, and 5. Integrity: We strive to be trustful and accountable in all that we do and say.
