The holiday season can be a time of great joy and stress. Rushing around, wrapping up year-end work, family, and travel can take a real toll on us. In this experiential session, we will explore how to reset our nervous system through gentle relaxation and breathing techniques.

Meet the Facilitator
Through her own work with anxiety and stress, she has learned the importance of daily practice. Our bodies and minds need quality time to reset.
As an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation (ICF) combined with a master’s in leadership and a Registered Yoga Teacher, Angelina brings 20 + years studying the impact of stress, anxiety, and self-leadership. She takes an evidence-based approach to learning and teaching. Through her work, she has coached individual and organizations to become more resilient.
