** Each participant will receive a COMPLIMENTARY Say I Do to You Journal Card—a deck of 41 experiments that support and facilitate Kind Curiosity—via email prior to this event to practice noticing.
So often we are overly engaged with others, our environment, and the details of living. Patricia Boswell, founder of Say I Do to You™, returns to OMA for an online evening session of lively discussion, insightful information, and self-awareness experiments to inspire and remind us that noticing, loving and caring about how we are and where we are, truly matters.

Kind Curiosity is a mindset, as well as, a behavior. Patricia has found, both in her clients and within herself, that the way we talk to ourselves, treat ourselves and ultimately how we engage with others dramatically improves when practicing Kind Curiosity. This ultimately strengthens our trust in ourselves and how we show up in the world.
Kind Curiosity begins with the understanding that we don’t need to change, we simply need to notice. Tonight we will deepen this truth as we:
- Discuss what Kind Curiosity is and what it isn’t.
- Explore the 3 necessary ingredients to develop a lifestyle of Kind Curiosity.
- Practice noticing.

About Patricia Boswell
Patricia is a National Board Certified Counselor with over 40 years of experience. She is also a speaker, workshop facilitator, and author. She is the founder of Say I Do to You™ specializing in women’s self-compassion through self-awareness.
